This season, The Versace show touched some relevant issues and brought them out in a beautiful way on the runway. Using words such as Equality, Loyalty, Love and Strength on the runway passed on the clear message of women's rights and empowerment. Donatella, a strong and influential woman herself, gave me a great feeling of appreciation due to this show. I could not help but make some illustrations that reflect this strong and empowering show and emphasize how amazing and brave women are.

The first show I went to illustrate this season was Diesel Black Gold. When I usually go to capture my best runway illustrations at a show I often look for a certain innovative magic that moves me in the collection. sometimes it is inspired by the materials and other times it is influenced by the clothing silhouettes. This time I could not ignore the 90's feminine looks which featured plenty of black and nude mixtures of textures and materials such as leather, knits, and denim. what I truly connected to in the new collection was the raw and bold way the designer combined wonderful useful pieces into fashion forward winter outfits.
